At Her Renaissance, we provide high-level architectural tools designed for deep personal transformation. Therefore, we operate on a foundation of mutual respect and integrity. Our refund policy for digital products is designed to protect the sanctity of our intellectual property while ensuring a fair experience for every woman who enters The Sanctuary.
Because digital products are delivered instantly, they cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. Consequently, we have established clear boundaries regarding our enrollment and purchase terms.
Eligibility for a Refund
To maintain the standards of The Vault, a refund may only be requested if the following three conditions are met:

The 7-Day Window: Your request must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date.

No Downloads: For workbooks and digital guides, no files must have been downloaded from your Portfolio. By doing so, you confirm that the intellectual property remains untouched.

No Course Progress: For any enrollment within The Study (TutorLMS), the course must not have been started. If any lesson has been marked as “Complete” or if the “Start Course” button has been activated, a refund cannot be issued.
In addition, please note that once a digital product is accessed, the value is considered consumed. Therefore, we encourage you to review all product descriptions in The Vault carefully before completing your investment.

How We Handle Your Request.
If your request meets the criteria above, we will process your return with professional efficiency. First, our team will verify your account activity and download logs. Second, once approved, your refund will be initiated via the original payment method.
Finally, please allow up to 7 working days for the funds to reflect in your account. Consequently, the timing of the final credit may depend on your specific banking institution’s processing speeds.
