Privacy Policy: Affiliate Partners

Affiliate Privacy Policy and POPIA Compliance

Our Commitment to Data Sovereignty

Protecting the Architects of Our Expansion.

In the pursuit of external expression and growth, the security of your personal data is a non-negotiable foundation. This Privacy Policy outlines how Her Renaissance (the “Responsible Party”) collects, processes, and protects the information of our affiliate partners in strict accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa. We treat your data with the same clinical respect and protective boundaries that we teach within The Study.

Because a partnership built on transparency is the only way to ensure long-term flow, we are committed to being clear about what we collect and why. Consequently, we ensure that your information is processed only for specific, explicitly defined, and lawful purposes. By doing so, we anchor your professional freedom in a landscape of digital safety.

The Information We Collect

Data Collection for Strategic Management.

To manage your Affiliate Commission and Strategic Partnership effectively, we collect specific categories of personal information. This includes your Identity Information (full name and South African ID number where required for tax), Contact Information (email address and physical address), and Financial Information (banking details for your commission payouts).

In addition, we collect Technical Data through your unique referral links to surgically map your network’s interaction with our curriculum. This data is processed without emotional distortion to ensure your 30% commission is calculated with absolute accuracy. We do not collect more information than is necessary to commission the army of influence you are building.

Your Rights and Our Security

The Wall of Security and Data Subject Rights.

Your information is stored within our Defensive Architecture, utilizing industry-standard encryption and security protocols to prevent unauthorized access or “leaky” data streams. As a “Data Subject” under POPIA, you possess the sovereign right to access your information, request corrections to any inaccuracies, or object to the processing of your data.

Furthermore, you may request the deletion of your personal information once our 8-day payout buffer and statutory tax record-keeping requirements have been satisfied. To exercise these rights, or to contact our Information Officer regarding any privacy concerns, please reach out through the official support channels within The Study. Therefore, you remain the ultimate authority over your own personal landscape.
