1. The Partnership Philosophy

This agreement establishes a high-integrity, professional relationship between the Affiliate and Her Renaissance. By participating in this program, you agree to represent the brand with clinical clarity and a commitment to the “Compassionate Authority” voice. We prioritize partnerships that honor the privacy and transformation of our members while maintaining absolute professional standards. Please note that this program is for WOMEN ONLY!

2. Commission Structure

As a partner in this expansion, you are entitled to a 30% commission on all successful enrollments processed through your unique referral link. This commission is calculated based on the net sale price of the curriculum or membership access.

3. Payout Schedule & Refund Buffer

To ensure financial stability and honor our 7-day refund guarantee, all commissions are subject to a mandatory 8-day waiting period.

  • The Buffer: A commission is only considered “earned” once the 7-day refund window for the referred member has closed.
  • Payout: Following the completion of the 8-day cycle, funds will be cleared for distribution through your designated payout method.

4. Professional Conduct & Promotion

Affiliates are required to use authorized brand assets and messaging. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the partnership:

  • Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails or messages to individuals with whom you do not have a prior relationship.
  • Misrepresentation: Making false claims about results, curriculum content, or membership outcomes.
  • Inappropriate Placement: Promoting the program on sites containing offensive, illegal, or high-conflict material.
  • Gender: This program is for WOMEN ONLY – if you are found to have lied in your application about your gender, you will be terminated as an affiliate.

5. Refund Impact

If a referred member exercises their right to a refund within the 7-day window, the associated commission is voided. We maintain a zero-distortion policy regarding financial data; therefore, commissions are only paid on realized, non-refundable revenue.

6. Termination of Agreement

We reserve the right to end any affiliate relationship at our discretion, particularly in cases where brand integrity is compromised. Upon termination, all future commissions cease, and any outstanding balance subject to the 8-day buffer will be audited for compliance before final payout.
